Reiki is a hands on healing technique for relaxation, stress reduction, pain, and any number of other things we experience
as humans. It works with the physical, emotional and mental aspects and can give powerful assistance to our health and well being.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, which means "higher power" and Ki which is "life force energy. So Reiki is actually
spiritually guided life force energy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation
and feelings of peace, security and well being. I am a qualified Reiki II channel and can administer absent treatments too.
Sound healing. also known as sound therapy or vibrational medicine, helps to balance our fields of energy. Disease within the
physical body occurs at the cellular and bimoleclar levels. In vibrational medicine, healing is said to extend from the molecular
level to the cellular, and finally, to the anatomical. Sound therapy goes way beyond recorded music - the pure tones of the crystal
carillon take healing to a whole new level. Experience this beautiful therapy with Revati.
Massage is good for every body. It is both a healing art and a science, and is recognised as the most ancient of all the healing arts.
There is scientific evidence supporting its beneficial effects on the body, mind and emotions, but the best part about massage is
that it feels so good! Here are just some of the benefits of massage:

by increasing oxygenation, lubrication and elasticity

- delays muscle wasting due to disuse and encourages better
muscle activity through increased movement of nutrients
- relaxes muscles and tight tissues which may cause nerve pain
- increases blood
flow withut putting additional strain on the heart, and decreases the heart rate
- increases circulation and lowers blood pressure
stimulates the lymphatics and encourages waste removal
- strengthens the immune system and promotes relaxation, decreasing insomnia
and improving sleep patterns
- assists the digestive system by increasing movement in the large intestine
- decreases stress levels;
massage recipients show an increase in dopamine and serotonin levels which decrease stress and depression
- decreases pain by releasing
pain-relieving neurochemicals and assists alignment of connective tissue fibres after injury

muscle tension and connective tissue thickening and rigidity
