Qualified in the teaching of Meditation and Holistic Human Development, I have meditated regularly for more than 30 years. Increased clarity
of mind, reduction in physical and emotional pain and stress, and a feeling of peace that all is well, are just some of
the many benefits you may receive. During a particularly difficult time in my life, meditation was the one thing that helped
me to gain peace and clarity. It assisted me through a grieving process in a very positive way, enabling me to see things clearly
and become creative again, eventually coming to terms with the grief and loss that had been so overwhelming.
